for rural locations.

*Credit Card payments - we will email you a receipt for your records. Quick, easy online payment. No surcharges apply while other major distributors incur a 1.5% up to 2% surcharge.
*Bank Transfer payments - we will email you an invoice with payment details and await for the funds to clear.
